There are five shipping options for orders within the 50* US States and the District of Columbia: 

Delivery times shown in the table include order processing and transit. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Remember, if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded.

*Due to local shipping regulations, Ray-Ban Meta glasses can’t be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

PREMIUM EXPRESS SHIPPING

Orders placed by 12 PM CST will be delivered on the same day, even on weekends. Orders placed after this time will arrive the following day. The time of day will vary according to your local store opening hours. 

At checkout, select ‘Premium express shipping’ and enter your address. We’ll let you know if the service is avallale in your location.

PICK UP IN STORE

Shop online and collect your order from a Ray-Ban store on the same day*. Now same-day pickup also available in +870 Sunglass Hut stores.  Try your new eyewear at collection and benefit from a complete fitting service with a member of the store team.

You'll receive an email when the order is shipped and when the order is received by the store. You’ll have 7 days to pick up the order from the location you selected. If your order isn't collected within 7 days, it will be shipped back to the warehouse and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.

Custom and prescription styles will take longer to arrive due to additional production time and will be shipped to store separately from our warehouse.

RESPONSIBLE SHIPPING 

Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics service providers that adopt solutions to reduce emissions. Responsible shipping is fulfilled by logistics service providers that adopt solutions to reduce emissions. Delivery may take up to 5 business days.

This shipping option includes:

(1) Maximization of truck transport: transport emissions are reduced by using land transportation whenever possible, thus avoiding the use of other available modes, characterized by higher emissions. Exclusions from this service may apply*;

(2) Emission offset program (offered by selected transport carriers): Providers calculate the carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; these emissions are then offset through climate protection projects supported by such providers, which include reforestation, renewable energy production, waste disposal, and more. The carbon-neutral service offered by the logistics providers is verified and certified by external audit companies (e.g., Société Générale de Surveillance).

SHIPPING ABROAD

From this website, we don’t ship abroad; however we operate in many countries through local versions of the store.

To check whether shipment to a foreign country is available, select the country of destination from the link provided in all pages of the website.

MILITARY BASES

Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases aren’t possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

HAWAII, ALASKA AND INTERNATIONAL

Ray-Ban offers a free Shipping service to Hawaii and Alaska, but please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.

Unfortunately we don’t ship to international destinations. 

TRACKING  

You'll receive an email when your order has been shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order any time either by selecting Track Orders at the bottom of the page or using the carrier’s website.

CUSTOM ORDERS 

Custom order frames are tailor-made to your specifications in Italy and therefore have a longer processing and transit time.  

With Standard Free shipping, custom orders are usually delivered within 6 business days.

Premium Express shipping and Pick up in store shipping methods aren’t available for custom orders. 

PRESCRIPTION ORDERS

Frames with corrective lenses are tailor-made to your prescription and therefore have a longer processing time. 

With Standard Free shipping, prescription orders are usually delivered within 9 business days. 

Premium Express shipping and Pick up in store shipping methods aren’t available for prescription Orders.
