Delivery times shown in the table include order processing and transit.  Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

Remember, if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded.  All shipments are fully insured.

Shipping Abroad

From this website, we do not ship abroad; however, we operate in many countries through local versions of the store.
To check whether shipment to a foreign country is available, select the country of destination from the link provided in all pages of the website. 

Military Bases

Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. 
Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Ray-Ban.com offers Free Shipping on Custom orders.
Overnight shipping is not possible on Custom orders as these frames are tailor-made to your specifications in Italy and therefore entail a longer processing and transit time.
Usually Custom orders are delivered within 5 business days.

HAWAII, ALASKA AND INTERNATIONAL

Ray-Ban offers an FREE Shipping service to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
Unfortunately, do not ship to international destinations

Delivery

We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
You can track the delivery status of your order any time either by selecting Track Orders at the bottom of the page or using the carrier’s website. 
Pick Up In Store:  If home deliver isn’t convenient, choose one of our stores or certified dealer instead and benefit from a free fit and adjustment at pick up.  You will receive an email when the order is shipped and when the order is received by the store.  You will have 14 days to pick up the order from the location you selected.  If the order is not picked up within 14 days, the order will be shipped back to the warehouse and a refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
