When shopping at Ray-Ban you can always change your mind.

Our customers have 45 days to return their items.

We know the Holidays are a busy period, so all orders made between 11/06/23 until 12/21/23 have an extended return period of 60 days.

Please also note that for claims regarding an order not received, the return window is 15 days from the date that the order was shown as ‘delivered’ by the courier but which was not received.

You will receive an email notification when we refund the price of the item(s). Refunds normally arrive within 15 business days of receipt.

If you have chosen to replace a faulty product, a new product will be sent to you as soon as the faulty product has been received and processed at our warehouse.

We only accept returns on items purchased from, items purchased from Authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.

All refunds will occur via the original payment method.
