Luxottica products have a warranty covering breakages as a result of material and construction defects occurring within two years of delivery of the products. Luxottica must, in all cases, be informed of the defect within two months of its occurrence. Superficial scratches to the lenses are considered normal wear and tear and are only covered the warranty if the customer can prove that the product was already scratched upon delivery. 

The statutory consumer purchase warranty applies without limitation.

We recommend that you first contact one of our authorized Ray-Ban retailers if you purchased the product in-store. They will be able to help you. Alternatively, you can follow the procedure below to request a service for your Ray-Ban products.

Our liability towards you

There is nothing in our warranty terms which is intended to exclude or limit Luxottica's liability in the event of (a) death or injury resulting from Luxottica's negligence; (b) fraud, misrepresentation or gross negligence; or (c) any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
