There are four shipping options for orders within the UK. Please refer to the cart for precise and updated delivery timings and costs.
- Express Shipping: Available for selected standard products. Costs £8*. Items are usually delivered within 2 business days.
* Ray-Ban.com may decide to cover the cost of Express Shipping in specific moments, so you can have your items faster and for free!
- Standard and Responsible Shipping: Available for all products. Free of charge. Standard items are usually delivered within 4 business days. Custom items are usually delivered within 5 business days. Prescription items are usually delivered within 8 business days (once your prescription has been validated).
- Ship to store: Available for all products. Free of charge. Check the shipping cart for delivery timings based on product availability.
*Orders below a certain amount may not qualify for free shipping. For precise information about shipping cost and lead time of your order, please refer to the delivery date shown in the shopping cart.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
- Delivery times shown in the table include order processing and transit. Please note that delivery can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Remember that if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded.
- All packages are fully insured. When Ray-Ban identifies with the couriers that a parcel has not been delivered or arrived empty, then the same item will be shipped again, free of charge for the customer. No refund can be offered in such circumstances. Please refer to the missing and defective goods policy below.
- We ship anywhere in the UK except Guernsey and Jersey. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled from this website.
- We do not ship abroad from this site, but our local online stores serve many countries. To check whether shipping is available to a particular country, follow the relevant link from any page of the website, and select the country of destination.
- We do not ship to PO boxes and/or military bases. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.
- Custom frames are tailor-made in Italy according to your specifications and therefore involve longer processing and delivery times.
- Please note that orders for Remix and Prescription products to Northern Ireland may experience longer delivery times than stated.
DELIVERY TRACKING
- We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
- You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through your My Account page on Ray-Ban.com.
- Remember to check the condition of the package when it's delivered. You can always refuse it or accept it tentatively if you have any reservations.

RESPONSIBLE SHIPPING

Delivery may take up to 5 business days.
This shipping option includes:
(1) Maximization of truck transport: transport emissions are reduced by using land transportation whenever possible, thus avoiding the use of other available modes, characterized by higher emissions. Exclusions from this service may apply*;
(2) Emission offset program (offered by selected transport carriers): Providers calculate the carbon emissions from pickup to delivery; these emissions are then offset through climate protection projects supported by such providers, which include reforestation, renewable energy production, waste disposal, and more. The carbon-neutral service offered by the logistics providers is verified and certified by external audit companies (e.g., Société Générale de Surveillance).

MISSING OR DEFECTIVE GOODS
- Check your order as soon as it arrives to make sure everything is as expected. If your order is incorrect or an item is missing or damaged:
a) Contact our Customer Care team to indicate your order number. Please consider that you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the shipment, otherwise we will not be able to accept responsibility for the item(s).
b) Attach clear pictures of the incorrect or damaged item(s) received, including the SKU code of the eyewear (usually found on the inside of the left temple), the delivery note and the package. - Our Customer Care team will assess the information provided and investigate further. We will get back to you as soon as possible with the resolution.
