To operate Ray-Ban Meta glasses you need to connect your glasses with a smart phone and the Meta AI app. Here’s the complete checklist:

Returns are rare for Ray-Ban Meta glasses, so we’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out.
To return your Ray-Ban Meta glasses purchased online, please follow the steps below:
1. Complete the return form
Before proceeding with the return, please fill out the return form available here. Once submitted, our team will contact you with detailed instructions and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Prepare the glasses for return
Before shipping the package, make sure to reset the glasses to factory settings to remove any personal data or recordings. Once the reset is complete, turn the glasses off.
3. Prepare the return package
If you still have the original box, place the glasses inside along with all accessories, including the charging case, and seal the package. If the original box is no longer available or is not in good condition, no problem! Please follow the instructions at this link (return card) to prepare the package correctly. We will also send these instructions by email together with the return label and the UN label.
4. Ship the package
Once the package is ready, ship it by following the provided instructions and using the prepaid return label we supplied.

Any manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. The Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Product. However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.
