SHIPPING INFORMATION

There are two shipping options for orders within the 50 U.S. states and the District of Columbia:

• Delivery times shown in the table include order processing and transit. Please note that shipments can occasionally be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Remember that if you decide to return your item(s), shipping costs will not be refunded.
• All shipments are fully insured.
• From this website we do not ship abroad; however, we operate in many Countries through local versions of the store. To check whether shipment to a foreign Country is available, select the Country of destination from the link provided in all pages of the website.
• Shipments to mailboxes and/or military bases are not possible. Orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

• Ray-Ban.com offers Free Shipping on REMIX orders.
• Overnight shipping is not possible on REMIX orders as these frames are tailor-made to your specifications in Italy and therefore entail a longer processing and transit time.
• Usually REMIX orders are delivered within 8 business days.

• Ray-Ban offers an FREE Shipping service to Hawaii and Alaska, please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses.
• Unfortunately, do not ship to international destinations.

• We will send you an email confirming the carrier’s details and the tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
• You can track the delivery status of your order at any time through your My Account page on Ray-Ban.com.
• Pick Up In Store: if home delivery isn’t convenient, choose one of our stores or certified dealers instead and benefit from a free fit & adjusment at pick up. You will receive an email when the order is dispatched and when the order is consigned to the store: once the package is received in store, you will have 14 days for the pick up. After this timeframe, the package will be returned and you wiil receive a refund in according to our return policy.
