RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can communicate us your intention to withdraw from
your purchase by phone, email, using our online form, or making any other unequivocal statement,
within 45 days starting from the day you acquire the goods. In case of withdrawal, you will only
bear the return cost, as indicated below.
However, if you have placed your order between the 4th of November and the 31st of December 2019, you have 100 days to return your purchase as Holidays special policy.
This doesn’t apply to customised products (glasses and
accessories), so called REMIX, in relation to which you will not benefit from a right of withdrawal
because they are personalised and have been custom made for you.
Please be aware that you can always
return customised items anyway, in case you will receive faulty products
Follow these simple steps for a prompt refund:
- Contact us or call Customer Care at 0800000527 or use our online service
within your order history page to complete the withdrawal form and request a Return
Authorization (RA) number - please have your original invoice or packing list on hand if you
call us. Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receiving the RA number.
- To return the goods you can use a carrier of your own choice. Luxottica
suggests that you use a shipping method that ensures tracking. If you use UPS return service –
recommended by Luxottica - you will receive a UPS shipping label that you can print and attach
to your package to ship your return(s).
- Pack item(s) in the original packaging including any documentation,
accessories and manuals received with the product – make sure the package is secure and the
contents do not risk being damaged during shipping.
- Do not forget to include the original packing list.
- Please write the RA number on the outside of the package.
- Once the good has returned in perfect condition, we will refund you the
price of the item(s) and any additional related costs, via the original payment method. Refunds
shall arrive within 14 days of receipt.
- If you have chosen to replace a defective product, a new product will be
sent to you as soon as the defective product is received and processed at our warehouse.
- We only accept returns on items purchased from Ray-Ban.com. Items purchased
from Authorized Ray-Ban retailers must be returned to the place of purchase.
We highly recommend you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. Ray-Ban cannot be held
responsible for lost or damage packages.
MISSING ITEM OR DAMAGED PRODUCT FEE DURING RETURN
Additional fees may be charged for products received without the original box, special packaging
material of the product, contents, accessories, and/or manuals, or otherwise damaged (i.e. products
that are no longer saleable).
