WARRANTY POLICY

Luxottica provides a two-year warranty on its products against breakages caused by material or manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. To qualify, you must report any defect within two months of discovery.

Please note that lens scratches are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered unless you can prove the defect existed at the time of delivery.

The legal guarantee of contractual compliance for consumer purchases applies without restriction.

If your issue is not covered under warranty, we will offer a paid repair solution, which you can accept or decline.


Assistance for Prescription Lenses

  • If purchased from an authorized Ray-Ban retailer, please contact the retailer directly for support.
  • If purchased online, please contact us providing the email you used to place the order, the item you would like to return, and the reason of the request.


In-Store Purchases

If you bought your Ray-Ban product in store, we recommend contacting the authorized Ray-Ban retailer first for assistance with proof of purchase (mandatory).

Our Liability

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or excludes Luxottica’s liability in cases of:

a) Death or personal injury caused by Luxottica’s negligence.

b) Fraud, false declarations, or gross negligence.

c) Any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
