To operate Ray-Ban Meta glasses you need to connect your glasses with a smart phone and the Meta AI app. Here’s the complete checklist:

- USB-C charging plug (if charging from a power outlet and not directly from a USB point)

Returns are rare for Ray-Ban Meta glasses, so we’re sorry to hear that your purchase didn’t work out. To return your Ray-Ban Meta glasses purchased online, please follow the steps described in the Return policy. Alternatively, check the return form available here.
Make sure to factory reset the glasses, turn them off and follow the guidelines here to prepare the package to be shipped back.

Any manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty. The Warranty lasts for one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Product. However, if you purchase the Product from within the EU or EFTA, the Limited Warranty Period shall be two (2) years.
