RATINGS & REVIEWS

Ray-Ban RB8411 Grey is rated 3.3 out of 5 by 40.
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Lens protective coating pitted I don't do reviews to speak of, but since I was about to head back to the store to complain about my new glasses and this review request shows up in my inbox I thought I might as well let it be known. The protective coating I paid extra for for my new glasses is all pitted after just a few weeks. The micro pitting is causing night vision problems where lights, especially oncoming car headlights, create a blossoming star effect. Much like certain camera lens filters purposely do for special photography effects. These lenses need to be redone. And I need to get back to the store to get this accomplished, as soon as the weather accommodates around here.

This guide explains how to choose the right size of sunglasses or eyeglasses by either measuring the lens or by looking at your current shades. It is correct for Ray-Ban Aviator sizes, Ray-Ban Wayfarer sizes, Ray-Ban Clubmaster sizes and all Ray-Ban models. For the majority of people, Standard Size will be correct. It’s very likely it’s going to be the correct size for you too. If this is your first pair of Ray-Ban, a rule of thumb to determine your correct size is the following.

  • Size-guide_face-guide
    3. NOTE IF IT TOUCHES THE END OF THE EYE

    A. If the edge of the credit card ends at the end of the eye, Standard Size is the correct fit for you.
    B. If it extends well beyond the end of the eye, you need the Small Size.
    C. If, instead, the credit card does not reach the end of the eye, you should go for a Large Size.
