1. What lenses are available with Ray-Ban sunglasses? 

Standard: solid colors, genuine since 1937, the iconic G-15 and B-15 were originally developed for military use, offer a high level of clarity, comfort and protection.

Legends Collection: takes its inspiration from the individuality and self-expression of the 60's and combines them with today's innovation to offer three original vintage colors.

Gradient: follow the latest style trends and provide a wide range of colors creating exciting and unique looks. Ray-Ban ® Simple gradient lenses are characterized by a smooth transition from a solid color to a transparent shade of the same color; Ray-Ban ® Bi-gradient lenses are produced with a patented technology that creates a combination of two colors resulting into a two-toned faded effect; Ray-Ban ® also offers a selection of Mirrored gradient lenses.

Mirror: the mirror coating application is achieved through an advanced technological process to help reduce light transmission for even more visual comfort. The mirror coating helps to reduce glare for even greater visual comfort, deflects envious glances and gives you that unique look.

Polarized: all Ray-Ban® Polarized lenses not only reduce reflections, but also enhance contrast, improving visual clarity and reducing eye strain. All Ray-Ban® polarized lenses have a distinctive “P” directly labeled next to the Ray-Ban® logo onto the right lens and are treated with Anti-Reflection coating.

2. Is it possible to buy corrective lenses with the Ray-Ban logo on them?  

It is currently not possible to customize your Ray-Ban sunglasses with corrective lenses printed with our logo. Innovating new products & designs is a priority for Ray-Ban, therefore this may be possible in the future.

3. How much does shipping and returns cost? 

Shipping and returns are completely free (unfortunately we are unable to offer a return on a gift card).

4. Can I get my money back if I am not satisfied with my purchase? 

Yes, you will have 45 days after receipt of your glasses to return them and obtain a full refund or decide to replace them with an identical pair if you encounter problems. See the Return policy section for more details.

5. How do I know the right size for my sunglasses? 

If you have an old pair of glasses that look good, you can easily use the measurement information stamped on them. Usually the information you need is on one of the arms or inside the bridge.

The measurements need not be exact, but the closer they are to those of your old glasses, the more the new ones will look similar on your face.

Frame size

The front measurement includes the diameter of the lens and the width of the bridge measured in millimetres and usually separated by a small dash or rectangle (e.g.: 50 - 22). The lens diameter is the width of the lens, measured from the bridge, and the width of the bridge is the distance between the lenses above the nose, as shown in the figure below. Sometimes, the vertical measurement of the lens and the length of the arms are also present.

To determine the correct size of your Ray-Ban sunglasses, you need the width of the bridge, which determines how the glasses rest on your nose. But the diameter of the lens is an option of choice and is an indication of how the glasses will appear on your face.

6. There is a mistake with my order, am I able to cancel it? 

Mistakes happen and we want you to be happy with your order, so we have allowed an hours grace from your purchase to cancel your order and create a new one

Simply go to the Orders section under the My Account label. There you will find your existing order with the option to cancel. For your ease of use we will keep the existing details about the cancelled order incase you wish to re-order or alter it. Please note, your security is important to us and so the details stored will never include your payment information
